Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between ASANAT (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the individual or legal entity purchasing products or services through the ASANAT website (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

2. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the online sale, payment, and delivery of products and services ordered through the ASANAT website.

3. Orders and Payment

The Buyer confirms that all information relating to the selected products or services, including pricing, payment method, and delivery details, has been reviewed and approved before completing the order.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within the estimated delivery period.

Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, stock availability, shipping carrier operations, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the period permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

However, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Products manufactured to the Buyer's specifications
Custom-sized products
Personalized or made-to-order items
Printed or customized products

Such exceptions shall be governed by the applicable legal regulations.

6. Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange requests shall be handled in accordance with the ASANAT Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Product Inspection

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery.

If the shipment appears damaged or incomplete, the Buyer should immediately notify the carrier, request a delivery damage report where applicable, and contact ASANAT without delay.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal information collected during the ordering process is processed and protected in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), our Privacy Policy, and applicable legal requirements.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the applicable legislation and monetary jurisdiction limits.

11. Acceptance of the Agreement

By placing an order through the ASANAT website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
